Offers

Offer ranges are based on the photos and information you provide and are not binding. A final price is confirmed after an in-person walk-through and becomes binding only when both parties sign a written agreement. Without photos, a personal visit is required to establish a price.

After an agreement

Once an agreement is signed, no items may be removed from the property unless they were identified and agreed upon in advance on your Keep List. You are paid in full before removal begins.

Authority to sell

You must be the owner, or legally authorized to sell on the owner’s or estate’s behalf, and may be asked for documentation.

Text message program

Program: Private Estate Buyers offer and job updates. By checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages about your offer and job. Message frequency varies (typically a few messages per job). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
