Private Estate Buyers is a DBA of Imperial Trade Services LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you request an offer and how we use it.

What we collect

• The ZIP code where your items are located.
• Photos and videos you upload, and your answers to our questions.
• Your first name, phone number and/or email address, and how you prefer to be contacted.
• If you accept an offer: your full name, the property address, and documents showing your authority to sell.

How we use it

Only to evaluate your items, prepare and send your offer, schedule visits and removal, pay you, and keep records required by law.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages, we text you only about your offer and job. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Sharing

We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and send messages (for example, our hosting, email, and text-message providers), and only as needed to serve you, or when required by law.

Photo deletion

We delete the photos and videos you upload within 90 days after your job is closed or your offer is declined.
